Kemarahan akan mempengaruhi seluruh aspek dalam kehidupan kita. Salah satunya kehilangan damai sejahtera, jiwa tertekan. Berdiam dirilah, ingatlah akan kebaikan Tuhan. Jiwamu akan merasa tenang. (Indrayani)
